We define it together before we start. You tell us the criteria — industry, company size, job title, geography — and we only count a meeting as qualified if it matches. If the person shows up and doesn't fit what we agreed, it doesn't count and you don't pay.

Most clients are fully onboarded within 48 hours of our first call. We handle setup, calendar integration, and outreach sequencing. Your first meeting is typically booked within the first 5 business days.

Tell us immediately. If a meeting doesn't meet the criteria we defined together, we won't charge for it. If you're consistently unhappy, we'll work to fix it or you can cancel with no penalty. We don't hold anyone to a contract they're not satisfied with.

We work best with B2B companies — professional services, SaaS, consulting, finance, and similar sectors where a qualified conversation has real deal value. If your average contract value is above $5,000, we're likely a strong fit.
